Easter
Closing out an exciting March, guests can indulge in delectable Easter brunches and dinner menus at Resorts World Las Vegas. Over the weekend, guests can enjoy exclusive dining specials, such as:
- The opulent seafood dining venue, Aqua Seafood & Caviar Restaurant, will host its “Easter Dinner Extravaganza,” a delightful four-course meal. Priced at $138 per person, guests can delight in the exclusive menu, including:
- First course:
- Tuna toast, made with brioche, tuna, spicy aioli and yuzu oil
- Second course:
- Arugula salad, made with roasted beets and goat cheese
- Third course with a choice of:
- Beef Wellington, made with Pomme puree and roasted baby carrots
- Halibut, made with crispy leeks and Champagne beurre blanc
- Fourth course:
- Basque cheesecake with espresso whipped cream
- Brezza, the coastal Italian restaurant, will host an exquisite Easter Brunch from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This specialty curated menu will feature Brezza classics and seasonal dishes such as house-made waffles, fresh oysters, beef cheek ravioli, Chef Nicole’s signature lumache bolognese, an omelet station, desserts including cannoli and tiramisu, and more. The brunch is priced at $85 per person and $45 per person for children eight years of age and under. Additionally, beverages will be available in packages or á la carte.
- Crossroads Kitchen, the plant-based dining haven, will offer an Easter brunch buffet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Guests can indulge in delicious selections, including fruit plates, cheese boards, stuffed French toast, spicy rigatoni, and more. The brunch is priced at $65 per person; drinks are not included.
- FUHU, the vibrant Asian fusion eatery, will invite guests to delight in their Easter Brunch from noon to 4 p.m. Dive into the delightful flavors of the season with their fresh and vibrant spring brunch menu featuring some of their most popular dishes such as the Ube Pancakes, Avocado Toast, and the Lotus Spritz signature cocktail.
- Junior’s, the renowned New York restaurant, will host a flavorful two-course Easter lunch menu for guests to enjoy. The mouthwatering menu will include:
- Entrée with the choice of:
- Herb-roasted lamb chop served with mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, and mint gravy
- Or Queen-cut prime rib served with mashed potatoes, vegetable medley and Au Jus
- Dessert with the choice of:

- Wally’s Wine & Spirits will celebrate Easter in style with a delectable brunch experience! Make a reservation on Sunday, March 31, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. for a feast featuring indulgent dishes like salmon avocado toast, French toast, and steak and eggs.

- Professional Football Draft Watch Party – On Thursday, April 25, the modern cigar establishment will welcome guests to catch the opening night of the professional football draft. Starting at 5 p.m., football fans can enjoy the anticipation while sipping on the lounge’s signature cocktails, including the rich and tart whiskey sour, made with Football Hall-of-Famer Charles Woodson’s own Woodson Bourbon, Demerara syrup, lemon juice, and egg white, priced at $22. Additionally, football enthusiasts can enjoy the full experience by pairing their cocktail or spirit of choice with full-bodied cigars, such as Hall-of-Famer Ray Lewis’ Legends 52 or six-time all-star Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson’s Eighty5.
- Live Music Fridays – Beginning at 9 p.m. every Friday in April, the sophisticated lounge will host live musical sessions starring the talented Christina Amato. The dynamic vocalist, songwriter, and entertainer will bring her youthful energy, fresh style and commanding vocals to the stage, making for the perfect way to kick-start the weekend.
Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge
- Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge, the vintage-inspired bar, will host various events throughout the month, allowing guests to indulge in delectable thematic cocktails, including:
- Return of the Gatz – On Friday, April 5, Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge will celebrate the 99th anniversary of The Great Gatsby’s publication with an incredible affair. Guests can swing and Charleston their way back into the “Roaring 20s” with literary-inspired cocktails such as:
- Daisy’s Sour, priced at $19, is crafted with Belvedere vodka, Lazzaroni amaretto, fresh lemon and lime juice, rosemary syrup, lavender bitters, and egg whites.
- The Green Light, made with Mt. Gay Black Barrel rum, green chartreuse, Midori Melon, coconut syrup, lime, and Tiki juices, priced at $28.
- For a zero-proof option, guests can sip on The Carraway, named for the novel’s narrator, made with pomegranate, pineapple juice, Orgeat, and vanilla, priced at $10.
- Guests can also take advantage of a variety of party bottle service packages tailored to keep the night alive and roaring with 20s swing, including the:
- Return of the Gatz, which comes with one bottle of Belvedere vodka or Hennessy VS cognac, two bottles of Moët Chandon Nectar Imperial Rosé or Moët Chandon Imperial Brut and five bottles of Fiji water; the package priced at $800.

- National Gin and Tonic Day – In honor of the holiday on Tuesday, April 9, guests are invited to celebrate the classic and refined spirit as they enjoy the flavorful Gatsby’s Gin and Tonic, made with Bombay Sapphire gin and a choice of one of three Fever Tree tonics – cucumber, elderflower, or Mediterranean, priced at $20.
- Taurus Zodiac Day – The timeless lounge will celebrate the Zodiac sign Taurus on Thursday, April 25, for their all-new “Zodiac Days” promotion. In honor of Taurus season, the lively venue will offer the Bull’s Bliss Mule, made with rich, comforting flavors made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, fresh lime juice, ginger beer, a touch of maple syrup, and mint leaves for garnish, priced at $20. Additionally, those born in the Taurus cycle will receive a complimentary custom star sign necklace and welcome cocktail.
