Due Forni Pizza & Wine Announces Seasonal Specials



Eatery’s innovative cooking style is showcased with new fall dishes


Due Forni Pizza & Wine celebrates the beginning of autumn with a slew of seasonal specials. Delectable additions to the menu will be featured on a rotating schedule, resulting in new dining options for guests to devour throughout fall.

Due Forni is recognized for gourmet pizza selections which are available in both Neapolitan and Roman style to suit various tastes, and these limited-time menu additions will also be cooked in the restaurant’s dual custom-designed Napolitano brick ovens. Specials include Oven Roasted New York Steak served with braised Brussels sprouts, parmigiano potato and red wine reduction, Roasted Cod served alongside zucchini and eggplant caponata, golden raisins, toasted pistachios and balsamic reduction, and a mouthwatering Rack of Lamb with truffle scented cauliflower puree, braised Swiss chard and lamb jus.

Soup and salad highlights include a Cremini Mushroom Soup featuring parmigiano, roasted mushrooms and olive oil, a Truffle Scented Cauliflower Soup served with ciabatta croutons and ubriaco cheese, and an Endive and Radicchio Salad, boasting gorgonzola, toasted pecans, oven dried cranberries and a warm bacon vinaigrette.

To end the meal on a sweet note, guests can treat themselves to Sugar Apple Cobbler, served with vanilla gelato and brown sugar, Cranberry Bread Pudding paired with chocolate gelato, or Vanilla Panna Cotta topped with fresh quince and toasted hazelnut.
