The hidden speakeasy presents a sultry experience 
focused on high-end cocktails and live music
 Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, the sultry speakeasy hidden within the highly lauded Proper Eats Food Hall at ARIA Resort & Casino, has revealed its entertainment schedule and special events for June, including a Pride Month charity evening. Reservations can be made online here.

Special Events:
  • “Big Night Out” with Estevan Velasco: Wednesday, June 3
    • Easy’s celebrates the start of Pride Month with a fabulous evening of extravagant performances and eye-catching cocktails starting at 8 p.m.. The lounge’s “Big Night Out” features the dazzling Estevan Velasco, renowned for his performances as a dancer in ROUGE and Dita Von Teese’s celebrated residency, and his presence as a top vocalist at top nightlife venues, both under his name and his enigmatic alter ego Antimony.
    • On the menu to celebrate the special occasion are two limited-time libations, the Glitter Gulch and the Prism Punch, both priced at $25. For every drink sold throughout the night, Easy’s Cocktail Lounge by Clique Hospitality will donate $1 to The Trevor Project, the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit organization for LGBTQ+ young people, dedicated to providing information and support 24/7.
  • Diva’s Night: Thursday, June 12
    • Diva’s Night returns to Easy’s for another night of stellar covers of classic girl-pop hits. Starting at 9 p.m., Diva’s Night will star local favorite “pop princess” Megan Williams, covering favorites from Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, the Spice Girls and more. Guests can bop to their favorite songs while sipping on limited-time libations including the Paparazzi, Please, a take on the French 75 made with Monkey 47 Gin,  lemon juice, simple syrup and Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne, then garnished with an elegant lemon twist.
  • World Gin Day: Saturday, June 14
    • Celebrate World Gin Day with the whimsical Shroomin’, presented in two mushroom-shaped glasses that emerge from a custom-made wooden tray filled with moss; each containing cocktails made from botanist gin, matcha, lemon, honey and dry ice, which hovers over the moss in what appears to be a layer of fog, serves two priced at $50.

  • National Martini Day: Thursday, June 19
    • Celebrate National Martini Day at Easy’s with a twist on the classic cocktail with the Pistachio Martini. The creamy and indulgent blend of Amaretto, Baileys and blue curaçao, offers a rich, nutty flavor profile with a hint of citrus. Served with a pistachio-rimmed glass and topped with chocolate shavings, it is priced at $27.
