EATALY LAS VEGAS AT PARK MGM DEBUTS URBANI TRUFFLES POP-UP RESTAURANT
Celebrate the Italian Culinary Gold with Dishes Showcasing Truffles
from the World’s Most Esteemed Distributor
Eataly Las Vegas at Park MGM is joining forces with Urbani Truffles, the world’s most esteemed distributor of Italian truffles for more than 170 years, to launch a pop-up restaurant. Taking over Eataly’s intimate 12-seat Chef’s Table, guests are invited to the open kitchen setting to watch the chefs in action shaving fresh truffles over each expertly made dish.
A Taste of Eataly’s Urbani Pop-Up Menu
The limited-time experience features dishes designed to highlight the unique taste and smell of Urbani truffles. With nine distinct options ranging from fresh meats to scratch-made pastas, guests have the option of choosing whether their dish is prepared with Tartufo Nero (Black) or Tartufo Bianco (White). Menu highlights include:
- CARPACCIO DI MANZO – Beef Carpaccio, Chiodini Mushrooms, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Crema (Nero $32, Bianco $48)
- TAGLIOLINI AL 40 TUORLI – House Made 40 Egg Yolk Tagliolini Pasta, Agriform 14-Month Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (Nero $45, Bianco $65)
- POLLO E FUNGHI – Braised Chicken Legs, Shiitake Mushrooms, Urbani Truffle Butter, Carrots (Nero $48, Bianco $78)
- TAGLIATA DI MANZO – 16 oz RR Ranch New York Strip, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP Sauce, Urbani Truffle Butter, Roasted Potatoes (Nero $75, Bianco $105)
Eataly’s Urbani pop-up restaurant is running now through February, every Sunday – Thursday from 1 p.m. – 8 p.m. Reservations are not required, seating is first come, first serve.
Eataly Las Vegas is located inside Park MGM and can be accessed through the casino floor or from Las Vegas Boulevard. The venue is open daily from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
