This June, Echo & Rig Henderson welcomes guests to experience The Happiest Hour — a limited-time weekday bar program filled with handcrafted cocktails, chef-driven bites, and warm hospitality. Whether you’re toasting with colleagues or gathering with loved ones to celebrate the season, Echo & Rig offers the perfect setting for every occasion.
The Happiest Hour at Echo & Rig Henderson runs every weekday in June, Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the bar. This limited-time experience combines exceptional flavor with unbeatable value, featuring Echo & Rig’s signature 5 for $5 cocktail menu—a selection of five handcrafted cocktails, each available for just five dollars. Thoughtfully balanced and crafted with premium ingredients, these cocktails deliver a high-end bar experience at an approachable price. To pair with the drinks, guests can enjoy curated daily bites that rotate throughout the week, offering chef-inspired small plates themed to each day—making each visit a new opportunity to sip, savor, and unwind.
To complement the drinks, guests can indulge in rotating daily specials of curated small plates that change throughout the week:
- Monday: Masa Mondays
- Tuesday: Grillin’ Cheese Tuesdays
- Wednesday: Wing Wednesday
- Thursday: Slidin’ Thru Thursdays
- Friday: Fish Fridays

June 2025 – Echo & Rig, the acclaimed modern steakhouse and butcher shop by Chef Sam Marvin, is proud to participate in the 18th Annual Las Vegas Restaurant Week, taking place June 2 through June 13, 2025. Guests can indulge in a $30 prix fixe lunch menu, available exclusively at both Echo & Rig Tivoli Village and Echo & Rig Henderson locations—with a portion of proceeds benefiting Three Square Food Bank.
Restaurant Week offers diners a chance to enjoy delicious meals at a set price while contributing to the fight against hunger in Southern Nevada. Since 2007, the initiative has helped provide over 10 million meals to individuals and families in need.
