The Italian-American neighborhood eatery will celebrate Easter
by debuting a bountiful new Sunday brunch menu

 

AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, which serves reimagined Italian-American cuisine at UnCommons in Southwest Las Vegas, will celebrate Easter with the launch of its opulent Sunday brunch experience. Available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 31, AMARI will present immersive fresh floral arrangements and an abundant brunch the entire family will enjoy.

 

Guests will be able to delight in a vibrant Easter brunch surrounded by fresh, elegant floral installations by local designer, Chloe + Mint, while enjoying AMARI’s modern interpretations of classic dishes alongside its signature creations.

 

Priced at $49 per person, the brunch experience includes an appetizer and entrée of choice from AMARI’s menu, complemented by house-made seasonal focaccia with spreads and dips. The featured appetizer and entrée offerings include a breakfast toast with whipped ricotta, crispy guanciale and fig sherry jam; a parfait with seasonal fruit, honey yogurt and house-made granola; smoked salmon pizzetta with cucumber, crema, red onion and dill; a “spinach roll” with spinach mushroom, and toma cheese filling with thyme velouté; a frittata with pancetta, potato and smoked mozzarella that’s served with arugula salad; a breakfast pizza topped with potato, circulated egg, bacon, fontina and fior di latte; eggs in purgatory with house-made focaccia; and steak and eggs with hangar steak, crispy potatoes and salsa verde. AMAR’s signature hits that will also appear on the menu include shrimp scampi, beer carpaccio, sesame arancini, caprese salad, Caesar salad, house-made meatballs, campanelle with pesto, rigatoni, chicken parmesan, salmon and spicy calabrese pizza. For a sweet finale, guests will indulge in family-style desserts, including sourdough chocolate chip cookies with sea salt and citrus polenta cake topped with whipped crema.

 

After the holiday weekend, AMARI’s brunch menu will continue to be available, à la carte, on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

 

AMARI is open for take-out, happy hour and dinner daily. Their retail and wine shop is open daily during regular restaurant hours.
