FERRARO’S ANNOUNCES NEXT TASTE & LEARN FEATURING “WINTER
GEMS FOR A HAPPY 2020,” SATURDAY, JAN. 25
Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar invites guests to experience the first Taste and Learn of the year to take place Saturday, Jan. 25 at 5 p.m. Taste & Learn is Ferraro’s popular, monthly wine-tasting dinner that provides illuminating wine education along with expertly prepared, authentic Italian small plates prepared by Executive Chef Francesco DiCaudo.
Each Taste & Learn offers a tour through some of Italy’s most intriguing wineries. January’s event, designed to celebrate the new decade, spotlights “Winter Gems for a Happy 2020,” beginning with CaSal di Serra Verdicchio from Le Marche (the Marches region). Allegrini red blends from Veneto will accompany the second and third courses, and tour will end the Renato Ratti Barolo from Piemonte (the Piedmont region).
As always, Ferraro’s award-winning chef will prepare imaginative dishes to accompany each wine. The full menu follows:
