FERRARO’S ANNOUNCES NEXT TASTE & LEARN FEATURING THE ANTINORI WINERY, SATURDAY, FEB. 22
– Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar invites guests to experience the first Taste and Learn of the year to take place Saturday, Feb 22 at 5 p.m. Taste & Learn is Ferraro’s popular, monthly wine-tasting dinner that provides illuminating wine education along with expertly prepared, authentic Italian small plates prepared by Executive Chef Francesco DiCaudo.
Each Taste & Learn offers a tour through some of Italy’s most intriguing wineries. February’s event spotlights Tuscany’s Antinori winery. Since its beginnings in 1385, the 26 generations of the Antinori family have managed the business directly making innovative and bold decisions while upholding the utmost respect for winemaking traditions and the environment. Antinori remains one of the biggest wine companies in Italy whose innovations played a significant role in the “Super-Tuscan” revolution of the 1970s.
As always, Ferraro’s award-winning chef will prepare imaginative dishes to accompany each wine. The full menu follows:
