Iconic Members of the Coral Reefers Band Set to Transform DLVEC with Tropical Rock & Good Vibes
The Downtown Las Vegas Events Center (DLVEC) is thrilled to announce that they will be hosting the inaugural Margaritaworld, a music & culinary experience, on Saturday, April 20. The event will feature performances from several members of the original Coral Reefer Band, in a tribute to Jimmy Buffett and Alan Jackson with the Stinson Brotherz, and a tribute to Dave Matthews Band by Grey Street. This one-of-a-kind festival will be bringing together the best in mixology, interactive activations, culinary arts, and live music performances.
Tropical rock music will be setting the scene for a night full of good island vibes with several members of the Coral Reefers, who used to perform with legendary artist, Jimmy Buffet before his passing. Among these members are Nadirah Shakoor (vocalist), Doyle Grisham (steel pedal guitar player), Roger Bartlett (original guitarist from Jimmy Buffet’s Coral Reefer Band), and Tina Gullickson (vocalist). Also taking the stage will be the Stinson Brothers in their own tribute to Jimmy Buffet and Alan Jackson as well as Grey Street, a Dave Matthews Band Experience.
Attendees can expect to explore an array of island inspired margarita styles (more details to come soon) as they groove to the beats of the tropical rhythm.
