Nov. 6, 2023 – What’s better than toasting great friends on Friendsgiving? Drinking with them! Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, takes the day-before-Thanksgiving tradition to the next level with shareable cocktails that embrace the flavors of fall from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 22.
Now you can share your nachos and your drinks as you reminisce over your favorite Vegas stories with two shareable 32-ounce cocktails: a spiced, fruity and delicious autumn rum punch and a pumpkin spice margarita, each priced at $25.50. The autumn rum punch is a spiced fruit delight, made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, owned by the Red Rocker with good friend Rick Springfield, as well as amaretto, apple cider, orange juice, cranberry juice and cinnamon. Highlighting the quintessential fall flavor of pumpkin is the pumpkin spice margarita, handcrafted with Milagro Reposado tequila, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice, pumpkin syrup and a dash of fall spices.
Cabo Wabo Cantina’s happy hour, available from 3 – 5 p.m. on Mondays through Fridays, will enhance the early Friendsgiving celebrations for those taking advantage of a short workday. Specials include half-off select favorites for sharing including the nacho platter made with a house blend of cheeses, beans, jalapeños, queso sauce, cotija cheese, sour cream and guacamole; and the fundido de queso con chorizo made with oaxaca, asiago, provolone and cotija cheeses melted on a skillet with house made pork chorizo served with salsa arbol and flour tortillas. Other Cabo Wabo Cantina options include Sammy’s tequila shrimp made with Baja shrimp, a house-made Cabo Wabo tequila-lime and garlic sauce; or the Baja shrimp ceviche with gulf shrimp, cucumber, tomato, red onion, jalapeño and cilantro, served with spicy tortilla chips.
Happy hour drinks include half off both rojo and blanco sangrías, all draft beers like Sammy’s Red Head, and half off on margaritas made with Cuervo Tradicional Tequila.
