Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge to Wrangle Rodeo Finals
with Limited-Time Menu Selections
As the rodeo finals return to Las Vegas, Gatsby’s Cocktail Lounge, an upscale oasis located inside Resorts World Las Vegas, is ready to lasso the cowboy spirit with a lineup of rodeo-inspired cocktails, available at 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. from Wednesday, Dec. 6 to Sunday, Dec. 17.
Gatsby’s skilled mixologists are set to craft customized cowboy-inspired drinks “your way,” featuring a choice of Crown Royal whisky or Cîroc vodka, priced at $10. Each beverage is meticulously tailored to the guests’ preferences, offering a choice of simple mixers and a selection of Crown Royal or Cîroc flavors.
Guests can elevate their rodeo-inspired experience at Gatsby’s by pairing these signature drinks, wines and bubbles from the lounge’s carefully selected collection with shareable cheese and charcuterie boards. The three-piece board presents a tempting selection featuring Brillat Savarin, Manchego and Prosciutto di Parma, priced at $30. A five-piece board is also available, which adds tangy Shropshire blue cheese and savory Bresaola meat to the three-piece board, priced at $48.
