Country’s Next Big Thing Returns to Fremont Street Experience with Free Performance by Mackenzie Carpenter, July 1

On Tuesday, July 1, Country’s Next Big Thing, presented by 95.5 The Bull, will return to Fremont Street Experience with a free performance by Mackenzie Carpenter. Fans can catch her performance on the 1st Street Stage beginning at 7pm.

Hailing from the small town of Hull, Ga., Mackenzie Carpenter is the spunky blonde girl-next-door who fell in love with music as a kid, writing alongside her brothers and singing in church. Since signing her record deal with The Valory Music Co. in 2022, Mackenzie has been named to MusicRow Magazine’s ‘Next Big Thing’ Artists Class Of 2025, Spotify’s Hot Country 2024 Artists To Watch, CMT’s Next Women of Country class of 2023 and Nashville Briefing’s Artists To Watch 2023. Last year, the young star released the “cathartic and empowering” (All Country News) track “Sound Of A Heartbreak,” “Only Girl,” which “feels destined to be a wedding dance staple” (Billboard), and “irresistibly catchy” (Holler) “Boots On.” Her debut album, HEY COUNTRY QUEEN, is out now!
