Signature cocktails like the cryo dirty martini, which is chilled with liquid nitrogen, can be taken to the next level by adding caviar-stuffed olives, giving it an extra edge. For those looking for the classic caviar experience, Caspian’s Royal Flight offers six pours of chilled Belvedere vodka and 30 grams of Oscietra caviar.
