KASSI BEACH HOUSE TO LAUNCH ‘THE WINE BAR’ AT VIRGIN HOTELS LAS VEGAS MARCH 6
Kassi Beach House, located inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, will launch ‘The Wine Bar’ on Wednesday, March 6. Taking over Kassi’s entry bar and lounge area, ‘The Wine Bar’ will be set amongst Kassi’s vibrant social scene, inviting guests to enjoy an accessible menu of highly curated wines from around the world paired with a specialty menu crafted by Kassi’s talented culinary team.
The wine list will include an extensive collection of popular varietals as well as rare and unique bottles from some of the world’s best winemakers. Select wines found on Kassi’s regular menu only for purchase by the bottle will be offered by the glass at ‘The Wine Bar’. Kassi’s regular menu champagne and rosé selections will also be available.
This reimagined space will be home to weekly-wine events, welcoming a variety of partners and top sommeliers from Las Vegas. These special guests will guide guests through exquisite tastings, food pairings from Kassi’s extensive menu and other wine-focused activations to both entertain and educate.

- Charcuterie – assorted cured meats, cheeses and accouterments
- Baked Feta – grilled bread, Kale pesto, tomato Chutney
- Clams in white wine sauce served with grilled bread
- Marinated olives
- Steak tartare – fried capers, shallot, chives, egg jam
- Prosecco arancini – lemon aioli
- Caviar pasta – lemon, shallots, chives, spaghetti
