Kona Grill Announces New Summer Programming

“America’s Favorite Grill” – Kona Grill, is giving guests more reasons to celebrate summer with new seasonal offerings, featuring new refreshing cocktails and Endless Summer happy hour specials right in the heart of Boca Park in Summerlin.
Now available during weekend brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Kona Grill is offering an elevated variety of brunch cocktails inspired by classics with a creative twist, including:
· Espresso martini, made with Ketel One vodka and Owen’s nitro-infused espresso crème de cacao
· Marvelous Mary, made with Ketel One Vodka, bloody Mary mix, a celery stick, bacon and blue cheese olive skewer and a Tajin rim
· Tequila sunrise, made with Patrón Silver tequila, fresh orange juice and Luxardo
· Summer refresher, made with La Marca prosecco and Red Bull’s RED edition
For the spritz loving crew, Kona developed the ‘Spritz Three Ways’ offering for brunch, including:
· Kona, made with Grey Goose Le Citron vodka, St. Germain, La Marca prosecco, muddled cucumber and mint
· Aperol, made with aperol and La Marca prosecco
· Rosé, made with St. Germain and La Marca prosecco rosé
Kona Grill is also celebrating Summer with an Endless Summer Menu, featuring cocktails like:
· Passionfruit Casamigos Margarita, made with Casamigos Blanco, Cointreau, passionfruit purée, fresh lime and a Tajin rim
· Red Sloppy Joe burger, made with barbecue smoked brisket, ¼ lb. angus beef patty, American cheese and fried onion
· White Cheddar Cheeseburger, made with double-stacked ¼ lb. angus beef, caramelized onions and white cheddar
· Blue Cheese Bacon Cheeseburger, made with double-stacked ¼ lb. angus beef patties, blue cheese crumble ream, caramelized onions and crispy bacon
· Seafood Fettuccine Alfredo, made with shrimp, bay scallops, mussels, alfredo sauce, parmesan cheese and scallions
· Apple Pie, served with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream
