Morton Group, founded by famed restaurateurs Michael Morton and Jenna Morton, introduced La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway in 2010 to bring the exploration of wine and flavorful cuisine together in a picturesque atmosphere. La Cave’s open-air design brings the outdoors inside with views of Wynn’s lush gardens and pool, along with a floor-to-ceiling ‘living wall’ filled with colorful succulents. The 6,300-square-foot restaurant and wine bar serves a menu of modern American small plates inspired by global flavors by executive chef William DeMarco, paired with imaginative cocktails and an expertly-curated wine list featuring boutique and hard-to-find varietals. La Cave is open Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. La Cave also offers a butler-style brunch served every Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations may be made on OpenTable, visiting the website or by calling (702) 770-7375.
