La Comida to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day
with a Lucky Irish Twist
Downtown Las Vegas’ vibrant eatery, La Comida, will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with Irish-inspired dishes and drinks available all day on Tuesday, March 17.
Executive Chef Mario Garcia will blend Irish and Mexican flavors with brisket enchiladas, showcasing slow-braised, smoked brisket topped in “lucky” green tomatillo sauce, priced at $16. In true St. Patrick’s Day spirit, the restaurant will offer a special menu of “Lucky 7” drink specials, including $7 leprechaun shots featuring Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, fresh sour mix and lemon-lime soda, $7 green Modelo draft beers and $7 Irish sours, infused with fresh sour mix, Midori, vodka and soda water.
La Comida’s full menu will also be available, including the chile relleno, featuring a battered, stuffed poblano pepper, queso fresco, ranchera sauce, cilantro and jalapeno cream, priced at $13; the sizzling chicken or steak fajitas served with fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, corn, bell peppers and onions, priced at $18; and a lineup of the restaurant’s fresh fruit margaritas, with 15 different flavors to choose from.
