About Pot Liquor CAS
Pot Liquor Contemporary American Smokehouse (CAS) opened at Town Square Las Vegas in 2014 and is the concept of restaurateurs Flip Arbelaez and Doug Bell. Pot Liquor CAS derives its name from the rich, savory broth that remains in the pot after collard, turnip or mustard greens are boiled together with smoked meats, bones or salt pork. Pot Liquor CAS offers authentic Southern-style barbeque with a contemporary twist, featuring homemade sauces and traditional American favorites.
