Locale Italian Kitchen heats up the summer with new Prix Fixe menu


Special Summer Prix Fixe menu is available for $50 per person

Locale Italian Kitchen continues to bring diners elevated Italian cuisine in the heart of Mountain’s Edge. This summer, the award-winning restaurant brings the heat with a new Summer Prix Fixe menu.

Available for $50 per person, the new Summer Prix Fixe menu includes:

  • Antipasti (choice of):
    • Oven Baked Garlic & Mozzarella Bread with housemade pomodoro sauce
    • Burrata Caprese with basil pesto, fresh cherry tomatoes and crostini
    • Caesar Salad with chopped romaine and housemade garlic croutons
    • Mussels Al Forno with white wine, fresh tomato and garlic
  • Entrée (choice of):
    • Brick Oven Gnocchi with housemade gnocchi, ricotta cheese and braised short rib
    • Salmon “Puttanesca” with sauteed spinach, garlic and tomatoes
    • Chicken Parmigiana with house breadcrumbs, fresh mozzarella and spaghetti pomodoro
    • Braised Beef Short Rib with garlic mashed potatoes and Parmigiano kale chips
    • 36oz. Tomahawk Ribeye for 2 with Parmigiano steak fries (additional $75, must order two prix fixe menus per steak)
  • Side (choice of):
    • Summer Corn “Cacio E Pepe” with cracked black pepper, Calabrian chili and Parmigiano
    • Smashed Fried Potatoes with fingerling potatoes and fried herbs
    • Sauteed Broccolini with fingerling potatoes and fried herbs
  • Dessert (choice of):
    • Tiramisu
    • Salted Caramel Budino
    • Brulee Cheesecake

Locale Italian Kitchen is located at 7995 Blue Diamond Rd. #106 in the heart of Mountain’s Edge in Southwest Las Vegas and is open Monday – Thursday from 5-9 p.m., Friday – Saturday 5-10 p.m., and Sunday with brunch beginning at 11am and dinner running to 9 p.m. Happy Hour runs Monday – Thursday 5-6 p.m. in the lounge and every night 5:00 to close at the bar with drink and food specials.
