MINUS5º ICEBAR ANNOUNCES NEW COCKTAILS, SORBET, DÉCOR
FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON
Minus5º ICEBAR, the one-of-a-kind immersive ice attraction offering a distinctively chill atmosphere, announces brand-new cocktails for the holiday season at all three locations, including Mandalay Bay, The Venetian Resort and The LINQ Promenade. In addition, all venues will feature festive holiday décor and sorbet tasting games.
Seasonal cocktails available beginning on Nov. 15 include:
- The Gobble Gobble cocktail – Crafted with Apple Crown Royal Whiskey, lime juice, Frangelico Liqueur and soda water, this libation is sprinkled with cinnamon, garnished with fresh basil and served in a glass made entirely of ice. Available for $14.
- The Winter’s Harvest cocktail – Made with BACARDÍ Spiced Rum, cranberry juice, ginger ale and a dash of thyme, this cocktail is served in a glass made entirely of ice. Available for $14.
- Boozy Hot Chocolate – Hot chocolate served with the guest’s choice of alcohol, including Bailey’s Irish Cream, Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, Kahlúa, Rumple Minze or Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey. Guests may also choose from a menu of toppings such as whipped cream, peppermint, marshmallows or chocolate chips. Available for $14.
This holiday season, Minus5º ICEBAR will also offer an array of seasonal sorbet flavors featuring festive ingredients such as pumpkin, caramel, cinnamon, apple, pear, ginger and more. These exotically flavored, made-from-scratch seasonal sorbets are available in flights of four different flavors and are available for $10.75. Guests can also partake in Minus5º ICEBAR’s sorbet tasting game to correctly guess the flavors.
Guests looking for Instagrammable photo moments will also enjoy the ice lounges’ new North Pole decorations, ice displays and interactive holiday ice sculptures. Additionally, guests will receive a choice of a penguin or polar bear hat with the purchase of a V-Ice-P admission package.
