Octagon Fighters Brandon Moreno and Chito Vera Host Meet and Greets at Sugar Factory on Sept. 9 and 10
Octagon fighters Brandon Moreno and Chito Vera will host separate meet-and-greets at Sugar Factory American Brasserie (3717 S Las Vegas Blvd.) on Sept. 9 and 10. The special event will feature Sugar Factory’s brand new menu items from both its dinner and brunch menus.
Brandon “The Baby Assassin” Moreno — Mexican professional mixed martial artist and current UFC Flyweight champion — will host his meet-and-greet dinner on Friday, Sept. 9 from 8-9 p.m., and will feature new menu items such as the garlic steak stir fry, firecracker shrimp stir fry, chicken milanese, and pan roasted branzino.
Marlon “Chito” Vera — Ecuadorian professional mixed martial artist, UFC Bantamweight fighter, and former star of “The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America” — will host his meet-and-greet brunch on Saturday, Sept. 10 from 1-2 p.m., and will feature Sugar Factory’s brand new brunch items.
The most notable new brunch items include a full waffle and crepe section of the menu with 12 sweet options, including a banana foster crepe, cannoli stuffed french toast, and a strawberry cheesecake stuffed waffle. The new menu also features new classic brunch items like a smoked salmon omelet, steak & eggs, and a smoked salmon croissant sandwich.
Moreno and Vera will also be signing 8” x 10” autographs for $20 during the events so each event guest can go home with their own copy.
