Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, a Manhattan Beach institution for more than 40 years, is now open in Downtown Summerlin, serving traditional and modern Mexican fare by Executive Chef Ramon Hurtado. Awarded silver in Las Vegas Review Journal’s “Best of Las Vegas” awards in 2017 and voted one of the “Best Mexican Restaurants in Las Vegas” by OpenTable’s “Top 10 Diners’ Choice” awards, the fun, festive restaurant transports guests to a Mexican hacienda and vibrant bar, serving an array of handmade margaritas, more than 40 tequilas, and live entertainment seven nights per week.

- To celebrate Halloween and Dia de los Muertos, Pancho’s will be serving the Black Widow cocktail. Handcrafted with Cazadores Blanco tequila, Kahlúa and Tuaca, it is presented in a martini glass webbed with chocolate drizzle and rimmed with black salt and coca nibs, the cocktail is a hauntingly delicious sip, available now through Sunday, Nov. 5 and priced at $11.
- Veterans Day, Saturday, Nov. 11
- To honor those who have served and are serving, Pancho’s will be offering a 15% discount on food for veterans and active-duty personnel with a valid military ID.
- National Happy Hour Day, Sunday, Nov. 12
- Pancho’s offers an ultimate Happy Hour experience. From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., guests can enjoy discounted select appetizers and drink specials, including $3 off house and flavored margaritas, well cocktails and house wines. Additionally, from 3 p.m. until closing, guests can enjoy 50% off on all tequila pours, with a selection of over 40 premium tequila brands to choose from.

- In preparation for Christmas, Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant will deck the halls with festive decorations turning the vibrant restaurant and cantina into a wintery wonderland.
- Black Friday, Friday, Nov. 24
- On Black Friday, Pancho’s will offer a 10% discount on food and beverage with a Downtown Summerlin receipt dated for Friday, Nov. 24
- New Year’s Eve, Sunday, Dec. 31
- To ring in the New Year, Pancho’s will celebrate by hosting a New Year’s Eve brunch which will include a complimentary glass of champagne for guests to enjoy.
