Military with Veterans Day Discount
Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will say thank you to all active duty and retired members of the Armed Forces with a 25% discount on food, available all day on Thursday, Nov. 11.
All veterans and active-duty service members who show a valid military ID will receive a discount from their bill on food throughout the day. Guests may enjoy a discount on signature menu items including the Wahoo Fish Tacos, two flour tortillas filled with grilled Wahoo, topped with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo and chipotle sour cream, served with Mexican style rice and beans; Burrito del Mar, a flour tortilla filled with sautéed shrimp, genuine crab, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and rice, then deep fried and covered with Salsa Verde Especial, topped with melted cheeses and sliced avocados and sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice and beans; and Chimichanga de Pollo, a flour tortilla filled with spiced shredded chicken and cheeses, then deep fried and complemented with sour cream and guacamole, served with Mexican-style rice and beans.
