Hockey Season with Vegas Golden Knights Specialty Cocktail
Piero’s Italian Cuisine is celebrating the start of hockey season and the Vegas Golden Knights’ return to the ice with a specialty cocktail in the reigning champions’ honor.
Just like the Golden Knights, Piero’s is a beloved part of Las Vegas’ history. To celebrate the Knights’ home opener on Tuesday, Oct. 10, the iconic restaurant will honor the home team by serving its Knights on Fire specialty cocktail. Created by Piero’s wine director, Pat Rost, the celebratory drink is crafted using Ilegal Mezcal, lemon, ginger syrup and hot honey, served over ice, priced at $30. Knights on Fire is one of Piero’s signature cocktails and is available to order beyond the duration of hockey season.
Piero’s offers traditional Italian cuisine to complement their exceptional wine and cocktail selection for an unforgettable dining experience. Signature dishes include penne vodka with pancetta and a vodka tomato cream sauce, priced at $36; Sunday Gravy featuring rigatoni, meatballs, Italian sausage and ricotta, priced at $43; and Primo Nuovo York 16 oz New York steak simply grilled with olive oil and roasted garlic, priced at $73; plus, featured specials like the osso buco, served the same way since 1982: a 26-ounce, slow-braised bone- in veal parmigiana.
