PKWY Tavern in Centennial Hills Now Open
FINE Entertainment Management incorporates an elevated menu into PKWY’s classic gastro-pub fare with steaks, pastas and wines
PKWY Tavern Centennial Hills is now open, becoming the seventh PKWY in the Las Vegas Valley. The new location joins FINE Entertainment Management’s diverse portfolio of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues including BLVD Grille, The Mint Tavern, PBR Rockbar and The Rockhouse.
At an opening ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, September 29, Jonathan Fine, CEO/Owner of FINE Entertainment Management said, “Our team has put tremendous effort into creating an exceptional atmosphere and we’re looking forward to welcoming guests to our new location and providing an unforgettable experience filled with great food, great drinks and great company.”
Additionally, Chris Vargo from the Vegas Chamber joined the opening celebration of the new PKWY Centennial on Friday to show support for the expansion of the bar and restaurant into the Northwest.

PKWY Centennial offers an elevated food and beverage menu in tandem with PKWY’s signature food items to provide a best-in-class dining and entertainment experience.
Lunch/Dinner
FINE Management is elevating its classic gastro-pub fare by adding steaks, seafood and pastas to the Centennial menu. New to ‘PKWY Favorites’ includes a 14-ounce New York Strip, 16-ounce Cowboy Cut Ribeye, 6-ounce petite filet and Chile-rubbed Pork Chop all served with a side of mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, asparagus and garlic herb butter; Chicken Parmesan is served with spicy marinara, fresh mozzarella, herb linguine, shaved parmesan and fresh oregano; Shrimp Scampi includes seared shrimp, lemon basil & white wine sauce, grape tomatoes, asparagus over a bed of angel hair pasta; and Chicken Pesto Linguine tossed in pesto sauce with romano chicken, crispy prosciutto and arugula, served with focaccia toast.
Beers, Wines and Cocktails
In classic PKWY fashion, PKWY Centennial has over 200 rotating draft and packaged beers ranging from Lagers to IPAs and everything in between. Beer flights are also available starting at $16 and guests have the option to choose from a pre-selected menu of PKWY suggestions or to build their own flight in sets of three. Guests can track their beers in the PKWY App as part of the “Beer God” program, earning points for each unique beer they purchase.
Wine and bubbles are available by the glass or by the bottle, with a variety of selections starting at $22 by the bottle or $6 by the glass including Champagne, Prosecco, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, White Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Cabernet and rosé.
Signature cocktails start at $12 and include house favorites like the Mexican Candy with Tanteo Habanero Tequila, watermelon and sweet and sour with a chamoy rim; PKWY Mule with Jose Cuervo Tradicional Reposado, Pomegranate Monin, ginger beer and bitters; Cucumber Smash with Ketel One Vodka, lemonade and cucumber soda; Berry Limeade with Smirnoff Strawberry, lime juice, grenadine, Starry and a lime wedge; Mango Chile Heater with Bacardi Mango Chile Rum, orange juice and strawberry with a Tajin rim; and Strawberry Mojito with Bacardi Rum, strawberry, Starry and mint. Non-alcoholic cocktails, beers and wine varieties are also available.
Several PKWY Favorites remain on the menu including the Fish & Chips and the Street Tacos which range from Chipotle Chicken to Quesabirria with guajillo braised beef, mozzarella cheese, consommé, fresh onion and cilantro. A variety of soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches and wraps are also available.
Breakfast/Late Night Menu
PKWY’s classic breakfast menu will be served daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with options ranging from the Breakfast Burrito served with pork sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, pico de gallo, tomatillo sauce, cheddar cheese, tater tots in a warm flour tortilla with a sour cream drizzle to Steak and Eggs which includes a 6-ounce New York strip, two eggs, wheat or sourdough toast and choice of breakfast potatoes or tater tots.
A late-night menu will be available beginning at midnight and has options starting at $6. Items range from Cheeseburger Eggrolls made with ground beef, caramelized onions, pickles, American cheese and bistro sauce to Beer-brined Wings served with sweet chili or buffalo sauce. Various burgers, salads and breakfast items are also available.
Happy Hour, Entertainment and Venue Details
Happy Hour will run Monday through Friday from 3-6 p.m. and Sunday through Thursday from midnight to 3 a.m. Happy Hour specials include 50% off appetizers and pizza and $2 off beer, wine and cocktails.
PKWY Centennial will have live entertainment featuring local bands and musical talent every Thursday through Sunday. Guests can enjoy an array of gaming and fun, including 15 tabletop gaming machines, bowling lanes, pool tables, shuffleboard, patio games and over 60 flatscreen TVs for sports.
A family-friendly dining room, private dining room, main bar, and a new second patio with a full-service bar are thoughtfully placed throughout the venue. The private dining room is curated to a Golden Knights theme which spans over 2,000 square feet of custom designed wall wrap artwork.
