Proper Eats Food Hall at ARIA Resort & Casino to be the Ultimate Pit Stop
During the Big Race Weekend
The elevated food hall will offer a culinary journey and craft specialty cocktails
inspired by Las Vegas’ inaugural grand prix.
In honor of Las Vegas’ inaugural grand prix, Proper Eats Food Hall, a collection of only-in-Las Vegas destinations inside ARIA Resort & Casino, will be offering four exclusive cocktails, available Thursday, Nov. 16 through Sunday, Nov. 19. The highly acclaimed food hall will also offer the “Proper Passport,” an opportunity for guests to receive a limited-time-only open bar. The passport is valid Monday, Nov. 13 through Sunday, Nov. 19.
Available throughout the weekend, the starting grid at Proper Bar, the popular social hub at the food hall, includes four cocktails. Wings is a blend of Casamigos tequila, Aperol, orgeat, lemon and watermelon Red Bull. High Speed is handcrafted with Botanist gin, Aperol, Martini & Rossi Prosecco and garnished with slices of citrus fruit and herbs. The Podium Paloma is made with Patrón tequila, grapefruit juice, lime, agave and Fever Tree grapefruit soda. Rounding out the weekend’s cocktail menu is the Aussie Spritz, Proper Bar’s bellini made with peach purée and prosecco. Each cocktail is priced at $20.
Proper Eats will also tempt race fans with a delicious offer to celebrate international flavors while the grand prix is in Las Vegas. Available starting Monday, Nov. 13, the “Proper Passport” will give guests a chance to collect nine stamps from around the food hall that correspond with different circuits on the world tour. One stamp will be earned for every transaction of at least $25 at any of Proper Eats’ stations. Guests who complete their passports during race week will earn a two-hour open bar at Proper Eats’ own Proper Bar, to be redeemed by Sunday, Nov. 19.
No food hall pit stop would be complete without also experiencing the highly sought after imports available throughout Proper Eats. Guests can find signature items such as the Seoul Chicken sandwich, made with crispy double fried chicken breast and topped with American cheese, fresh lettuce and red onion, and finished with house-made umami sauce and kewpie mayo. For sushi fans, Temaki serves fresh, made-to-order innovative handrolls and other modern sushi dishes. Tonkotsu and miso ramen are available at Laughing Buddha where each bowl is filled with steamy, delectable ramen noodles and fragrant broths unite for a texture that is rich and silky with a deep umami flavor. Shalom Y’all, showcases Mediterranean cuisine prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and serves signature dishes like shawarma spiced cauliflower, grilled lamb and beef Nazareth kebabs. Other cuisine options include burgers and fries from Lola’s Burgers, pizza from Pizzaoki by DJ Steve Aoki, breakfast sandwiches from Egghead, bagels and lox from Wexler’s Deli and fresh donuts from Easy’s Donuts.
