Serve Up Specialty Cocktails for Beyoncé
Concert Weekend in August
Proper Bar at Proper Eats Food Hall, a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Las Vegas destinations inside ARIA Resort & Casino, will welcome “the Hive” with specialty cocktails to honor of one of Las Vegas’ biggest concerts of the year. The divalicious cocktails will be available exclusively on Saturday, Aug. 26 and Sunday, Aug. 27.
Proper Bar, with its stunning curvilinear canopy and views overlooking the ARIA pool, will be a hot spot for fans of the gorgeous global superstar to gather before the concert. The featured cocktails include The Hive, made with 50 Bleu vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, honey and garnished with a sugar rim; and The Queen, made with Botanist gin, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice, silver edible glitter and champagne. Both cocktails are priced at $16.
Concert goers can enjoy pre-concert dining from the elevated food hall, which showcases exceptional cuisine from San Diego sushi hot spot, Temaki, to the fresh Mediterranean cuisine of Portland’s Shalom Y’all and famous fried chicken of Judy Joo’s Seoul Bird out of London.
