Rodney Carrington Returns to David Copperfield Theater at MGM Grand for Four Nights of Laughs

Multi-talented comedian, actor, singer and writer Rodney Carrington will return to the David Copperfield Theater at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino for four evenings of hilarity. Carrington will perform December 3 – 4 and December 10 – 11 with all shows scheduled to begin at 9 p.m.

Tickets start at $89.99, plus applicable service charges, and go on sale to the general public Friday, Oct. 8 at 10 a.m. PT. Tickets can be purchased at ticketmaster.com and mgmresorts.com/mgmgrand. A platinum-recording artist, Carrington is fresh off the release of his latest single, “Let Me In,” released October 15, 2021, and is gearing up for a year of touring in 2022. He has recorded eight major record-label comedy albums, followed by three albums on his own record label, Laughter’s Good Records. Carrington’s most recent album, Get Em Out, was released in 2019 and hit No. 1 on iTunes. His album Here Comes the Truth, released in 2017, climbed to No. 3 on the comedy charts, accruing tens of millions of streams on Spotify and even produced a Netflix special.

 

Over the years, Carrington has starred in his own TV sitcom, “Rodney,” which ran for two seasons on ABC; co-wrote and co-starred with Toby Keith in the feature film, “Beer for My Horses,” which won the Tex Ritter Award from the ACM; and starred in his own Netflix special “Here Comes The Truth.” He also has appeared on countless other TV shows, including the ACA (American Country Awards), hosting the American Country New Year’s Eve Live show on FOX, and won “Supporting Character of the Year” from the CMT Music Video Awards for his appearance on the Trace Adkins’’ music video “I Got My Game On.”
