Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino in Henderson, is giving its Saturday Brunch Club a seasonal glow-up just in time for summer with the addition of live DJs and a new “Girl Brunch” package. Held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday, the Brunch Club has quickly become a weekend favorite for Italian-inspired brunch dishes, stylish cocktails and a lively atmosphere. The Saturday Brunch Club menu features over-the-top dishes made for sharing like the pink pancakes with cream cheese glaze, berries and whipped cream, priced at $24; a brunch sampler tower loaded with avocado toast, antipasti and fresh seasonal fruit, priced at $49; and the mega sundae, a playful finish featuring assorted ice cream flavors, Italian pastries and a sparkler, priced at $26. For drinks, guests can opt for $25 bottomless mimosas or Aperol spritzes, $29 bottomless rosé or share Bottiglia’s signature espresso martini tree, priced at $85. Guests can also turn any specialty cocktail into a table-friendly cocktail tower for $75.

 

As part of the summer refresh, Bottiglia has also introduced Girl Brunch, available every Saturday during Brunch Club hours for groups of four or more gal pals. Priced at $40 per person, it includes bottomless mimosas or Aperol spritzes, along with caesar salad, avocado toast, a caramel sticky bun and a choice of rigatoni alla vodka or mushroom truffle tagliatelle. All food is served family-style, with portions tailored to the size of each reservation.

 

With new sounds, fresh flavors and rotating pop-ups from local small businesses, Bottiglia’s Saturday Brunch Club is the ultimate way to toast the weekend.
