Season tickets for the highly anticipated 2016-2017 Broadway Las Vegas season at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts will be available for purchase beginning Monday, May 2. Sponsored by Southern Nevada Ford Stores, the season will feature Tony Award®-winning productions, Broadway smashes and first-ever national tours. For more information visit TheSmithCenter.com.
The nine-show series will feature Broadway sensations like BEAUTIFUL – THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL, FUN HOME, MATILDA THE MUSICAL, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and others. Patrons have the flexibility when scheduling their season to choose a nine, eight, or seven show series. The seven show series starts at $203.
Season ticket holders will also receive first priority for tickets to the smash-hit musical HAMILTON and the best way to guarantee tickets to the production is to purchase a subscription for the 2016-2017 season. Subscribers who renew their subscription for the 2017-2018 season will be able to guarantee their seats for the premiere Las Vegas engagement of HAMILTON before tickets become available to the general public.

The beloved musical story of Maria and the von Trapp Family will once again thrill audiences with its Tony®, Grammy® and Academy Award®-winning Best Score, including “My Favorite Things,” “Edelweiss” and the title song. THE SOUND OF MUSIC enjoyed extraordinary success as a live television production when “The Sound of Music Live!” aired on NBC in December, 2013 and was seen by over 44 million people. 2015 marked the 50th anniversary of the film version, which continues to be the most successful movie musical in history.

Hailed by critics as “bigger and better than ever before,” this production boasts many exciting special effects including the show’s legendary chandelier, new scenic and lighting designs, new staging and choreography. The beloved story and thrilling score will be performed by a cast and orchestra of 52, making this PHANTOM one of the largest productions now on tour.
