FOOTBALL SEASON
The Big Game Watch Parties – Sunday, Feb. 4
The South Point Showroom, Exhibit Hall and Grand Ballroom will host watch parties for the Big Game on Sunday, Feb. 4 with doors opening at 10:30 a.m. Throughout the football game, guests will enjoy food and drink specials, including $25 Buckets of six with a choice of Budweiser and Bud Light in Aluminum Bottles, and $5 glasses of SKYY Vodka, Captain Morgan, Crown Royal and Don Julio. Food specials include ($1) Hot Dogs, ($1) Popcorn, ($3) Pizza Slices, ($5) Pulled Pork Nachos, ($5) Chicken Fingers, ($5) Chicken Wings; ($5) Hot Sausage and Peppers Sub. In addition, South Point will place additional wagering stations inside or near each of the viewing parties. For the quickest and easiest way to place bets, guests can log onto the Nevada Sports Books app from anywhere in the casino. All viewing parties are free and open to guests 21 and older.

The Capitol Steps is a traveling, theatrical performing group like no other with an entire show that revolves around political satire and “mocking” the democracy. Guests will be treated to a weekend of examining the political climate today with a funny and satirical twist.

Named “Las Vegas Headliner of the Year” three times, South Point Showroom welcomes Frankie Moreno to the stage. At just the age of 10 years old, Moreno made his debut on CBS “Star Search.” Singer, showman, songwriter and musician, Moreno will entertain the audience with his highly contagious music and playful stage antics.

The South Point Showroom welcomes Bobby Slayton, known as the ‘Pitbull of Comedy’ for his brash and intense performances that will have guests laughing throughout the entire performance. After performing stand up for the last 30 years, Slayton’ roles in films such as “Dream Girls,” “Wayne’s World 2,” and Woody Allen’s “Wonder Wheel” have elevated him as one of the most respected standup comics in the business.

The Atlantic City Boys will take over the South Point Showroom with their old school sounds that are sure to have guests dancing and singing along all night. A night with this four-person band combines both Broadway and classic hits with songs by the Four Seasons, Bee Gees, Classic 60’s Rock ‘n’ Roll, the Rat Pack, the Beach Boys, the Beatles and more.
Herman’s Hermit’s Starring Peter Noone

Hailing from the United Kingdom, the South Point Showroom welcomes back famed British pop group, Herman’s Hermits, starring Peter Noone. Guests will be transported to the time of classic rock and pop sounds as they enjoy a night filled with the band’s classic hits, including “I’m Into Something Good,” “Mrs. Brown, You’ve Got a Lovely Daughter,” “Can You Hear My Heartbeat” and “Just A Little Bit Better.”
Dennis DeYoung: The Music of Styx

As the founding member of the rock group Styx, Dennis DeYoung has entertained fans for over five decades and will bring the band’s celebrated music to life to the South Point Showroom. Wes Winters – Friday and Saturday Throughout January and February
Wes Winters takes over the Grandview Lounge and will dazzle audiences with his exceptional piano playing and vocal abilities on Friday and Saturday nights in January and February from 6 to 9 p.m. Winters will treat guests to a night of smooth, lounge style jazz, allowing audiences to unwind one moment and sing along the next. This event is free and open to the public.
“Dirty at 12:30” with Gabe Lopez – Friday Nights Throughout January and February
Gabe Lopez and the South Point present “The Dirty at 12:30” inside the South Point Grandview Lounge every Friday night throughout January and February from 12:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. Prior to the show, guests are welcome to enjoy live music from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. in the Grandview Lounge as well. This show is not for guests that are easily offended and cannot handle dirty raw comedy. Special guests who have appeared on the “Dirty” stage include Ralphie May, Joey Diaz, Joe Rogan, Carlos Mencia and many more. This show is free and open to guests 21 or older with a valid form of ID.

Gregg Austin’s M Town – Tuesday Nights Throughout January and February
The sound of Motown invades the South Point Showroom every Tuesday throughout January and February from 8 to 11 p.m. Guests will experience an evening hosted by Gregg Austin while enjoying the everlasting sounds that dramatically altered the world of music. General admission tickets are available for $10 at the front door and include one complimentary drink. Reserved seating will also be available for $15 and includes two complimentary drinks with purchase.
Déjà Vu – Wednesday Nights Throughout January and February
The South Point Showroom hosts Déjà Vu every Wednesday throughout January and February from 6 to 9 p.m. Guests will experience an evening of pure excitement as they dance through the decades. All guests must be 21 or older with a valid form of ID and present a South Point Slot Club Card. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. General admission tickets are available for $5 at the front door and includes a complimentary drink. Dennis Bono Show – Thursday Afternoons Throughout January and February
South Point’s Dennis Bono Show offers guests a wide variety of amusement in the South Point Showroom every Thursday throughout January and February. Featuring appearances with established celebrities from the world of entertainment, Bono’s interaction with his guests creates a one-of-a-kind performance. Doors open at 1 p.m. This show is free and open to the public.
SPAZMATICS – Saturday Nights Throughout January and February
The SPAZMATICS will party away to the best of the 1980s in the South Point Showroom every Saturday night throughout January and February. Tickets are available for $5 or guests can purchase a “SPAZMATICS Party Package” for $10 including one ticket, one drink and reserved seating. Doors open at 10 p.m. General admission tickets are available to purchase for $5 as well as VIP tickets. All guests must be 21 or older with a valid form of ID.
