STK Steakhouse Now Offers Weekday Lunch
STK Sandwich with chimichurri filet, caramelized onion, gruyere and horseradish cream
Vegas locals and guests who have enjoyed the premium steaks and seafood at STK Steakhouse for years, now have the opportunity to experience Vegas’ best steakhouse favorites and unforgettable energy during the day for lunch. Diners who are looking for an approachable price point and no reservation required can enjoy the premium offerings they’re used to getting in the evenings at STK Steakhouse, which is located inside of The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas.
Weekday lunch is now available Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. New dishes include:
- STK Sandwich made with a chimichurri filet , caramelized onion, gruyere and horseradish cream ($31)
- Wagyu Burger and fries complete with a 7 oz. beef patty, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and special sauce ($19.99)
- Braised Short Rib Quesadilla with fontina cheese, tomatoes, chimichurri and mustard cream in a flour tortilla ($31)
STK will continue to offer its signature appetizers, steaks and craft cocktails during lunch. Guests will also have the option for a three-course Power Lunch for $44 per person inclusive of:
- Appetizer choice of Tuna Tartare, Burrata OR Lil’ Brgs
- Entree choice of STK Sandwich, Chicken Breast Sandwich OR Mushroom & Truffle Tagliatelle
- Dessert choice of Flourless Chocolate Cake OR Lemon Cake
