Clique Hospitality has announced August hours and events for the company’s nightlife destinations: The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails and CliQue Bar & Lounge at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails
Open for cuts 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Sunday – Thursday; 10 a.m. – midnight on Friday and Saturday;
Saloon open 8 p.m. – close from Sunday – Wednesday; and 6 p.m. – close from Thursday – Saturday
The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails is a hidden gem inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas where cuts and cocktails come together in a setting that feels like your grandfather’s barber shop with a twist. Combining a fully functioning barbershop with a speakeasy-style bar, Prohibition era-inspired cocktails and craft beers are offered whether getting a cut or a shave, or just enjoying the feel of a simpler time. - Labor Day Weekend: Friday, Sept. 1 – Monday, Sept. 4
- The Barbershop will feature live bands each night of the weekend to help guests rock out throughout the Labor Day Weekend. The 442s will take the stage on Friday, Sept. 1. The following night, Radio Xx, will keep the party rockin’ well into the morning hours. On Sunday, Sept. 3, The Wild Wolves take over the speakeasy’s “All Request Sundays.” Popular local band and previous winners of The Barbershop’s Battle of the Bands, Indie Florentino will round out the incredible holiday weekend lineup of talent on Monday, Sept. 4.

Located in the heart of the casino floor at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, CliQue Bar & Lounge presents tableside mixology, along with timeless music and craft cocktails to awaken the senses. There are a variety of savory bites and shareable plates, such as CliQue’s famous wings, juicy sliders and deep-fried Oreos, and drinks, including shooters, bubbles and aperitifs. - CliQue’s breakfast menu will be available every Sunday starting at 9 a.m. The menu includes a breakfast burrito made with chorizo, eggs, chipotle crema, shredded cheddar cheese, roasted breakfast potatoes and salsa roja, accompanied by fresh fruit, priced at $16; and a breakfast bowl, filled with egg whites, avocado, cherry tomatoes, apple sausages and sautéed spinach, priced at $15, among others.
- The menu also features signature bloody marys including Blood, Sweat & Tears, a bloody mary crafted with Casamigos Blanco, Ancho Reyes – a liqueur made from ancho chiles, CliQue’s house bloody mary mix, sriracha, habanero tincture and fresh squeezed lime juice served with a Tajín-salt rim and garnished with serrano pepper and applewood bacon, priced at $18.
- Mexican Independence Day: Saturday, Sept. 16
- On Mexican Independence Day, CliQue Bar & Lounge will feature its signature tequila-based cocktails, such as Benny Blanco, made with Casamigos Blanco, pineapple chili shrub, Velvet Falernum, lemon and seltzer; Fantasmas, made with Patron Reposado, El Silencio Mezcal, Dolins Sweet Vermouth, honey syrup, grapefruit bitters and a cinnamon covered rim; and the So Fresa, So Clean, made with Patron Blanco, aperol, watermelon juice, strawberry syrup, agave and lime juice, and each drink is priced at $19.
