Transport into 2022 with unique sharing plates including Toro Poke Tacos, Lil’ French Dip with slow-roasted beef, gruyere, garlic aioli and au jus, the signature Grilled Cheese, Smoked Bacon & Tomato Soup Dumpling and Maine Lobster Spaghettini. Take a walk on the Spanish side with Jaleo’s Endless Feast ($145 per person) of Spanish tapas and crave-able desserts. Indulge in menu highlights like the Carne asada con piqullo, Chrozio casero with house-made traditional chorizo, olive oil potato puree and cider sauce or the loin cut of the ibérico pig, Chiletero ibérico, grilled and served with apple mustard sauce. Make the night more spirited with an additional Endless Beverage Package for $35.

Raise a glass and commemorate the New Year with Jaleo’s Sangria Hour menu from 5 – 6:30 p.m. Guests can enjoy a specialty Spanish Bramble cocktail infused with rosemary Ketel One vodka, lemon, honey, blackberry liqueur, and lavender bitters or an expertly curated sangria, beer or wine by the glass. Feast upon your choice of Butternut Squash Ravioli; Japanese A5 Wagyu Tartare with miso shishito peppers and soy emulsion; Surf & Turf and 10 oz Masami California Wagyu Strip while indulging in finger-licking sides like the Lobster Yukon Mashed Potatoes and Sweet Corn Pudding.

On Dec. 31, the restaurant will offer a celebratory $99 per person New Year’s Eve prix-fixe dinner. Enjoy a memorable multi-course supper comprised of Meatballs Sicilianu; Warm Brussels Salad; and a choice of Eggplant Parmesan Dumplings, Salt Baked Mediterranean Sea Bass or Porcini-Rubbed NY Strip Steak. Indulge in delectable dessert offerings like the Banana Walnut Tartufo or Coconut Panna Cotta alongside an optional wine pairing for an additional $55 per person.

Get into the holiday spirit with Superfrico’s seasonally inspired “Holiday Spectacular” cocktail menu, available exclusively in the Ski Lodge now through Jan. 1, 2022. Warm up with soon-to-be-classic cocktails both naughty and nice, including Ho, Ho, Ho Chocolate, an herbaceous brew of Green Chartreuse, Fernet Branca and dark chocolate; Not the Buttons!, a gingerbread-inspired blend of Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry, ginger, lemon and brown butter and more.

Zuma offers diners elegant and sophisticated Japanese cuisine, true to the izakaya experience. Designed to be shared, the $265 prix-fixe Omakase menu features items that are bold in flavor such as A5 Japanese Wagyu Tataki with Tokyo scallions and black truffle soy; Lobster Tempura with spicy ponzu and wasabi mayonnaise; and Iberico Pork Skewers and “Oyster” Chicken Yakitori. To conclude the meal, guests will enjoy a specialty dessert platter filled with chocolate truffles sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

A bottle of Krug Grande Cuvee is available per two guests for an upgrade of $400 per person from $265. Each additional bottle for guests enjoying the Omakase is $300.
