New Cocktail Room from 81/82 Group to Open Late Summer

The Dorsey Cocktail Bar at The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas will close on June 25 to make way for a new, reimagined venue called Juliet Cocktail Room, adding to the resort’s commitment to excellence and part of its striking redevelopment plans. Best known for its cutting-edge and meticulous cocktail program, The Dorsey opened in 2016 and redefined cocktail culture in Las Vegas.
Inspired by the Juliet Rose, the most beautiful, highly coveted, and one of the most expensive roses in the world, Juliet Cocktail Room is a symbol of love, passion, and beauty sure to impress and delight anyone who receives it. The room will encapsulate an ambiance that is rich, refined, dark, sexy, and intimate, with Victorian-inspired décor, to create a feeling like stepping back into a bygone era of opulence and indulgence. Expert mixologists will create signature one-of-a-kind cocktails featuring unique and innovative flavors, and every weekend, dueling pianists will play through genres of the ages on baby grand pianos, from Elton John and The Rolling Stones to Biggie and Madonna and everything in between.
Throughout its reign, The Dorsey has achieved several distinctions including being named to the Condé Nast Traveler “Best Bars in Las Vegas” list, Haute Living’s list of Instagram-worthy bars, and the list of favorite places to imbibe in Las Vegas by the Los Angeles Times. Consistent with the elevated yet personalized offerings of The Venetian Resort, The Dorsey has been celebrated for its inventive cocktail menu and its seamless balance of energy and sophistication.
