Love is in the air this summer as the highly-anticipated Juliet Cocktail Room opens its doors at The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas on Monday, Aug. 7, delighting guests with masterfully-curated cocktails and live entertainment.
As previously announced, Juliet Cocktail Room is conceptualized by 81/82 Group CEO and Founder Ryan Labbe, and inspired by the most beautiful, highly coveted and expensive rose in the world, the Juliet Rose. The room will encapsulate an ambiance that is rich, refined, dark, sexy and intimate, with Victorian-inspired décor, to create a feeling like stepping back into a bygone era of opulence and indulgence.
81/82 Group Mixologist and Director of Operations, Chris Zaide, has curated an expertly-crafted menu featuring signature, one-of-a-kind cocktails that promise unique and innovative flavors. Highlights include:
- The Fields of Norway, a take on a gin fizz, made with Norwegian Aquavit, Dansk Mjod Viking Blod, simple syrup, lemon, green chartreuse and a splash of Trinity bitters
- Green with Envy, a zesty delight made with Bacardi rum, matcha cream, coconut water, lemon and Pandan leaf syrup
- Queen of the Garden, a refreshing, floral-forward mix of Empress Original Indigo gin, Italicus liqueur, simple syrup, lemon and egg white
As cocktails flow, the atmosphere heats up with the energy of live entertainment featuring talented singers and dueling pianists performing timeless hits on baby grand pianos. From Elton John and The Rolling Stones to Biggie and Madonna, the musical journey spans generations. Among the lineup of performers are local and national favorites such as Mikalah Gordon, Nieve Malandra, Michael Spadoni and Peter Love.
