THE MOB MUSEUM’S AWARD-WINNING UNDERGROUND SPEAKEASY AND DISTILLERY ANNOUNCES THE FUZZ PEACH-FLAVORED MOONSHINE
New Flavor Available Beginning Friday, Dec. 1
The Underground speakeasy and distillery inside The Mob Museum announces the launch of The Fuzz Moonshine, a limited-edition peach flavored spirit. The new flavor will be available for purchase in The Underground beginning Friday, Dec. 1.
The Fuzz Moonshine offers ripe, straight-from-the-orchard peach flavor. Beginning with the Museum’s Signature Moonshine as a base, The Fuzz infuses 100% peach concentrate. Whether sipped, taken as a shot or mixed into cocktails, this new variety makes an outstanding addition to a night out at The Underground or the spirits connoisseur’s at-home bar.
Created by The Mob Museum, The Fuzz Moonshine (60-proof) joins the distillery’s other flavors, including Huckleberry Hideout, the seasonal Peppermint Moonshine, The Goodfella’s Vanilla, Ginger Jake and Signature Moonshine, which was awarded “Best Moonshine” at the 2020 International Whiskey Competition.
Moonshine gained popularity during Prohibition in the 1920s due to its high alcohol content and short distillation process, but the potent spirit is still beloved today. No longer an underworld staple, The Mob Museum celebrates the tried-and-true traditions of the past authentically and safely while adding its own take.
“As our different varieties of award-winning moonshine continue to receive national recognition, we are pleased to launch The Fuzz, a peach flavored moonshine with a twist,” said David Vondrasek, distillery manager, The Mob Museum.
The Fuzz Moonshine will be available at the Museum and online at store.themobmuseum.org in 50mL bottles for $8.95 and 750mL bottles for $29.95. Moonshine three-packs of 50mL bottles will also be available for $28.95. Guests must be 21 years or older to purchase moonshine.

The Underground is an immersive Prohibition history exhibition featuring a speakeasy, distillery and private VIP room in the basement of The Mob Museum, the National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement. Artifacts from the 1920s and 1930s tell the intriguing story of the Prohibition era, which not only saw a proliferation of bootlegged booze and the meteoric growth of organized crime outfits but also had a profound, lasting impact on society, specifically making way for modern cocktail culture. Distillery tours allow participants to learn about Prohibition and its impact on a variety of spirits and drinking habits while tasting a few of the Museum’s moonshines. The distilling program has received various accolades, including Best Moonshine at the 2020 International Whiskey Competition. Complimentary entrance to The Underground is granted at the secret side door to visitors who know the password, which is published daily on Instagram Stories @MobMuseum_Underground.
