CHINESE NEW YEAR MENU
The Noodle Den inside SAHARA Las Vegas invites guests to savor its specialty menu commemorating the Year of the Dragon this Chinese New Year. Available exclusively for a limited time from Saturday, Feb. 3 through Saturday, Feb. 17, dishes included on the menu follow.

“Our specially crafted Chinese New Year menu is designed to transport guests on a culinary journey to Northern China through both traditional and modern dishes,” Derek Tadashi Morishita, vice president of food and beverage, The Noodle Den. “As we embark on this joyous occasion, we invite our diners to savor delicious flavors, paying homage to the rich tapestry of Chinese cuisine.”
The Noodle Den is open for dinner Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m. and Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 11 p.m. For more information, click here.
