Tickets for New Year’s Eve performances are on sale now
South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa will toast to the New Year in style with a nonstop lineup of Las Vegas’ favorite performers all day long, including headliner, Tower of Power. Tickets for this year’s lineup of celebrations, including The Alley Cats, Wes Winters, The SPAZMATICS, Gregg Austin and Frankie Moreno are now on sale and can be purchased on the South Point website.
New Year’s Eve Gala: Tower of Power
10:40 p.m.; Doors at 8 p.m.
Dinner at 9 p.m.

The Tower of Power make their grand return to South Point Hotel’s Grand Ballroom to celebrate the beginning of 2019 with an evening that will have guests dancing along all night long with their unique entertainment style. The night will feature hits such as “So Very Hard To Go,” “What Is Hip,” “You’re Still A Young Man” and “Down To The Nightclub.” Tickets for Tower of Power include a four-course dinner, open bar, party favors, and a champagne toast and balloon drop at midnight. To kick off the evening, the doo wop sounds of The Alley Cats will get the party started from 8 to 10:40 p.m.
New Year’s at Noon: The Alley Cats
1 p.m.; Doors at 12 p.m.
Tickets: $19
The Alley Cats return to the South Point Showroom for “New Year’s at Noon” with the group’s signature doo wop hits. Tickets include party favors, balloon drop and a champagne toast. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the ‘50s iconic music and signature songs such as “Don’t Be Cruel,” “Come Go with Me” and “Goodnight Sweetheart.”
Wes Winters
5 p.m.
Free and open to the public.

Wes Winters will take over the Grandview Lounge and have guests jiving into the new year. Winters’ offers guests a memorable evening while looking back at 2018 and celebrate the beginning of the year to come. Winters will treat guests to a night of smooth, lounge style jazz to welcome the New Year.
Dance Party: Rockin’ M Town with Gregg Austin
10 p.m.; Doors at 9 p.m.
Tickets: $65
Guests must be 21 years or older
South Point Hotel will toast to 2018 with Gregg Austin and his Rockin’ M Town beats in the Sonoma Room. Tickets include two drinks, party favors, a balloon drop and a champagne toast at midnight. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy the everlasting sounds that forever altered the world of music including Austin’s expert renditions of “I’ll Be Around,” “Just My Imagination,” “My Girl” and more.
‘80s Night with The SPAZMATICS
10:15 p.m.; Doors at 9:30 p.m.

The SPAZMATICS will dazzle guests with a fantastic New Year’s Eve celebration in South Point Hotel’s Exhibit Hall with the best ‘80s dance party in Las Vegas. Tickets include an open bar, party favors, hors d’oeuvres, a balloon drop and a champagne toast at midnight. Guests will enjoy The SPAZMATICS’ world class musicianship, unique choreography and contagious energy as they dance the night away to the top hits from the ‘80s.
Frankie Moreno
11 p.m.; Doors at 9 p.m.

Frankie Moreno takes over the South Point Showroom to ring in the New Year with his highly contagious music and playful stage antics. Tickets include two drinks, party favors, a balloon drop and a champagne toast at midnight. Guests will enjoy Moreno’s high energy performance and musical stylings to have guests dancing into the new year.
