Tivoli Village to Host Kanpai: A Sake Experience
In celebration of the Japanese and Hawaiian culture, Tivoli Village is set to host Kanpai: A Sake Experience — an evening filled with food, drink and dance, on Saturday, Sept. 16 from 7-10 p.m. All proceeds from sales will be donated to the Hawaii Strong fund by the Hawaii Community Foundation to help support victims of the tragic Maui wildfire.
Jesse Coronado, Kanpai’s event producer, has local ties to Maui and sympathizes with those who have been affected by the natural disaster.
“We look forward to working with Jesse to bring the Las Vegas community together for the first-ever Kanpai: A Sake Experience at Tivoli Village to show our support for those who suffered loss in Maui,” said Micaela Wargo, marketing director at Tivoli Village.
During the event, guests will immerse themselves into the unique world of Japanese and Hawaiian culture, experiencing more than 50 carefully selected Japanese sakes, Asian spirits, beers, cultural performances and authentic cuisine. Additionally, guests can enjoy a multitude of special activations, including geisha models, a Japanese car display, a tuna carving presentation and more.
