Get ready to raise your glass to the new year! Pine Bistro – a new modern dining and nightlife experience by AYYA Hospitality Group – is inviting guests to ring in 2024 with its New Year’s Eve celebration. During the night, guests can take in unobstructed views of the Strip’s fireworks display; dine on a Surf & Turf prix-fixe menu; sip at an open bar featuring Strip-caliber cocktails; and cheers to the year ahead with a midnight toast.

A look into Pine Bistro’s New Year’s Eve menu:
- Surf & Turf Prix-Fixe Menu – The stars of Pine Bistro’s New Year’s menu include a Mini Mezza Platter, 6oz Prime Filet Mignon with Roasted Carrots and Jumbo U4 Prawns. Vegan and vegetarian options will also be available for the same price.
- Caviar & Patron El Cielo Pairing – Make it the ultimate night on the town with a taste of caviar paired with a chilled shot of Patron El Cielo. $45
- Open Bar Package – Pine Bistro’s cocktail menu uses traditional flavors from the Mediterranean and Lebanon such as orange blossom, sumac, fig and arak. Sip on signature libations and 1&1s with Patron Tequila, Bacardi Rum, Grey Goose Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin and Dewar’s. $75
- Midnight Toast – Cheers to the new year with a complimentary Martini & Rossi Sparkling champagne toast at midnight available with the second seating.
- Craft Hookah – Celebrate 2024 with Las Vegas’ first curated craft hookah program, available a-la-cart throughout the evening. Guests can try traditional items like Orange Cicle and Princess Peach, or opt in to add a spirit in the hookah vase for a hookah mocktail with Strawberry Lemon Cake, Mojito and Red Gummy.
Two seatings will be available on December 31, 2023. The first seating will take place from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and includes the prix-fixe menu offering for $125 per person. The caviar and Patron pairing, as well as the open bar package will be available during the first seating for an additional price. The second seating will take place from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. and includes the prix-fixe menu offering, caviar and Patron pairing and open bar package for $225 per person.
Pine Bistro offers a rich selection of Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisine, curated to celebrate the region’s flavors, culture and nightlife. The culinary experience is complemented with a Las Vegas Strip-caliber cocktail program and craft hookah service. Within the 3,500 square foot interior, guests can enjoy the ambiance of the main dining area with open kitchen views, a stylish bar and a lounge adorned with elements and delicate touches inspired by the Mediterranean.
