Tuscany Gardens starts the new year with its first vintner’s dinner series on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 7 p.m. The upcoming winemaker’s dinner will feature an over-the-top experience filled with fine dining and wines from Coyote Canyon Winery.

In one night, over five courses, a carefully prepared menu featuring Italian inspired dishes will be paired with a selection of wine from the Horse Heaven Hills of southeastern Washington. The seating will begin at 7 p.m. and the cost is $125 per person. Reservations are required.

The Coyote Canyon Winemaker’s Dinner is an opportunity to celebrate the beginning of the new year with family, friends or business colleagues by engaging all senses at an inspiring dining experience featuring incredible food and award-winning wine.

The paired menu includes:

Amuse Bouche: Beets and Goat Cheese – Pickled Baby Beets, Herbed Goat Cheese, Toasted Baguette, Candied Kumquat

Course 1: Sacchettini Wedding Soup – Chicken Broth, Baby Spinach, Housemade Sacchettini Dumplings filled with Pork, Creamy Cheese, and Herbs

Course 2: White Fish Crudo – Delicate White Fish thinly sliced, Lemon Oil, Garnished with House Pickled Fresno Peppers, Preserved Lemon, Crispy Shallot, and Herbs

Entrée (choice of one): Herb Pork Loin and Mushrooms – Pork Tenderloin Crusted with Fresh Herbs, Chefs Selection of Mixed Mushrooms, Demi-Glace

Short Rib and Creamy Polenta – Braised Short Rib, Creamy Leek Polenta, Beef Jus, Crispy Leek Strings

Dessert: Lemon Olive Oil Cake, Meyer Lemon Curd, Whipped Crème Fraiche
