ANNOUNCES OCTOBER HAPPENINGS, HALLOWEEN
1923 Prohibition Bar at Mandalay Bay, the private, hidden and modern speakeasy, announces its roster of October events and happenings, including an All Hallows’ Eve party, “NOLA Nights” and more. The full roster of October events follows.
“NOLA Nights”
Dates: Fridays and Saturdays in October.
Time: 9 p.m. to 12 a.m.
Cost: General admission is complimentary or, for groups who wish to revel in style, 1923 Prohibition Bar also offers VIP table seating for up to six guests. The VIP package includes two drinks per person, a digital group photo and a personal shoutout from the performer onstage. Guests may go to 1923lv.com for VIP table seating information.
Description: This fall, 1923 Prohibition Bar continues its popular “NOLA Nights” featuring live music with Troy Romzek and seductive burlesque performances by Teri London, Lola Legs and The Kendra.
“Ghost Stories” with Kent Axell
Dates: Fridays and Saturdays in October.
Time: Shows begin at 8 and 10 p.m.
Cost: Tickets range from $39 to $69 per person and can be purchased at 1923lv.com. Seats are very limited to 30 guests and sell out quickly.
Description: 1923 Prohibition Bar presents “Ghost Stories” with world-renowned magician and mentalist Kent Axell. Located in 1923’s Hidden Chamber, the experience includes a journey beyond reality through magic and mind reading. In this intimate show, guests will interact up-close with Axell, who has been featured on large stages across the globe and several hit TV shows, including National Geographic’s “Brain Games” and “Masters of Illusion.”

Description: Mysteries await in 1923 Prohibition Bar’s Hidden Chamber at this special Halloween presentation of “Ghost Stories” with Kent Axell. Guests will begin their journey under the eerie candlelight of the 1923 State Room, where ceremonial elixirs and tonics aid in contacting the spirits. Next, they will be transported to the Hidden Chamber for an intimate haunted mind reading show. This experience is not recommended for the faint of heart and spectators might just leave with a ghost story of their own. All are encouraged to wear costumes.
