ATOMIC GOLF LAS VEGAS UNVEILS FOOD AND BEVERAGE MENU AHEAD OF GRAND OPENING
Atomic Golf, the highly-anticipated golf entertainment destination located steps from the Las Vegas Strip and blossoming Arts District at 1850 S. Main St., has unveiled its expansive food and cocktail menus ahead of the grand opening on Friday, March 22. The newest hot spot will showcase a varied selection of chef-inspired dishes along with traditional favorites.
“When brainstorming for the Atomic Golf menus, we knew we wanted to deliver a unique yet approachable dining selection for our guests,” stated Executive Chef Robert Lomeli. “We hope to create a memorable culinary experience while combining next-generation golf technology with an engaging atmosphere. We have curated a series of menus fit for each of our experience within Atomic Golf.”
Atomic Golf will feature three different menus that are sure to satisfy any craving. Located on the fourth floor, the Cosmic Lounge will offer an elevated menu that includes an Artisanal Cheese Board, Seared Scallops, Wagyu Steak Frites and more.
Additional Cosmic Lounge Menu Highlights:
- Chilled Shrimp Cocktail: Poached U8 shrimp, tequila cocktail sauce, whole grain mustard remoulade, lemon
- Roasted Bone Marrow: Short rib jam, chimichurri, toasted breadcrumb, grilled bread
- Hamachi Kama: Grilled Hamachi collar, artichoke salsa verde, pickled chilies, fresh radish
- Farmers Market Crudité: Fermented soybean dip, chef’s selection of farmers market vegetable crudité, olive oil
- Crispy Pork Belly Chicharron: Tomatillo salsa verde, avocado crema, pickled red onions, radish
Guests can indulge in classic favorites on the Bay Menu including chicken wings, tacos, flatbreads, salads, burgers and more. This menu is offered at each hitting bay on all levels.
Bay Menu Highlights:
- Lollipop Wings: Crispy lollipop chicken wings, house wing sauce, funky blue cheese, baby carrots, celery
- Chicharron Nachos: Chorizo, queso blanco, melted cheese blend, pickled chilies, spicy radish, green onions, killer red sauce
- Atomic Birdie: Nashville hot crispy chicken, Thai cabbage slaw, house pickles, toasted new England style brioche bun
- Double Eagle Burger: Double patty of our house blend beef, aged white cheddar, caramelized onion, roasted tomatoes, lettuce, secret sauce, house pickles
- The Par 3: A pulled pork slider, a double eagle slider and an atomic birdie slider, served with a side of house pickles
- Big Dogs: All beef hot dog topped with cheesy street corn, jalapeno hot dog topped with queso blanco and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos on a toasted New England style brioche bun—made with Snap-O-Razzo’s hot dogs
- The Hipster Flatbread: Smoked bacon, apple, caramelized onion, Green Island Blue cheese fondue
Additionally, the entertainment venue will offer exclusive luxury suites located on the third and fourth floor. The suites will be complete with a private elevator, private bar, 8k LG screens, easy access to reserved hitting bay along with an exclusive menu.
VIP Lounge Menu Highlights:
- Chilled Seafood Tower: Shrimp, oysters, king crab, lobster, mignonette, tequila cocktail sauce, whole grain mustard remoulade
- Caviar Service: Royal Ossetia, egg white, egg yolk, chive, shallot, crème fraiche, capers, blinis
- Prosciutto Carpaccio: Prosciutto Di Parma, caper gremolata, arugula, parmigiano, Reggiano, extra virgin olive oil, grilled bread
- Ora King Salmon: Crispy skin, roasted seasonal vegetables, dill beurre blanc
- Grilled Bone-In Rib Eye: 18oz. Creekstone Farms bone-in rib eye, crispy fingerling potatoes, chimichurri
Atomic Golf will also launch its extensive cocktail menu including seven signature cocktails. Guests can sip their way to victory with classic cocktails such as a Paloma made with Código Blanco, or the Espresso Martini crafted with Spring 44 Honey Vodka.

- Victory Flamingo: Bacardi Silver Rum, sweet and sour, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine float

- The King: Absolut Vanilla Vodka, Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey, Crème De Cacao, banana chip
- Irish Creamsicle: Jameson Orange, tangerine juice, lime juice, Licor 43
- Strawberry Lemongrass Cooler: Grey Goose Strawberry-Lemongrass Vodka, sweet and sour, sweet vermouth, ginger ale
- Tequila Mockingbird: Dos Caras Blanco Tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, watermelon puree, hellfire bitters, jalapeno
- Lucky Lemon Drop: Good Boy Vodka, Cointreau, lemon juice, simple syrup
