The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace

Las Vegas Restaurant Week returns June 2–13, and The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace is once again turning up the flavor with exclusive, limited-time offerings — including secret menus and off-the-record dishes available only during Las Vegas Restaurant Week.

From Mediterranean mezze to classic Italian and upscale seafood, participating restaurants are serving bold, creative menus — with a portion of proceeds benefiting Three Square Food Bank in support of hunger relief across Southern Nevada.

Each venue offers a specially curated prix-fixe menu, and in true Vegas style, some dishes are revealed only to those “in the know.”

Zaytinya by José Andrés

The newest addition to The Forum Shops’ dining collection, Zaytinya by José Andrés makes its Las Vegas Restaurant Week debut with a special $80 three-course dinner menu. Inspired by the bold and vibrant flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean, the menu features mezze such as hummus royale and crispy Brussels sprouts, main courses including seared salmon or braised beef cheeks with date molasses, and desserts like the Turkish Delight Sundae or apricot Greek yogurt. The secret menu highlight — available only during Restaurant Week — is the Beef Soutzoukakia, a savory, spiced dish that adds a rich, exclusive twist to this limited-time offering.

Carmine’s NYC Family Style Italian Restaurant
Carmine’s is offering an entirely secret four-course dinner menu for $60, created exclusively for Las Vegas Restaurant Week. Guests will begin with a burrata salad layered with roasted eggplant and beefsteak tomatoes. The pasta course features Casarecce in a pink spicy sauce made with cognac and Calabrian chilis, garnished with roasted tomatoes, fresh pesto, bocconcini and basil. The main course is a show-stopping 22-ounce salmon stuffed with shrimp, scallops, crab, bell peppers and spinach, finished with a lemon butter sauce. For dessert, the Carmine’s Tasting Plate offers a trio of sweets — mini chocolate torte, cheesecake and a classic cannoli — making this exclusive menu a true hidden gem.

RPM Italian
RPM Italian presents two tiered menus — a $30 lunch and $60 dinner — filled with refined Italian classics. The menu includes Giuliana’s Italian salad, prime beef meatballs, and rigatoni alla vodka. A standout secret menu item, available only during Restaurant Week, is the house-made orecchiette featuring Italian sausage, heirloom tomatoes and Genovese basil — a seasonal dish that won’t appear outside the event. Guests may also elevate their dining experience with featured wine pairings or signature zero-proof cocktails, such as the “Mixed Signals,” made with Amaro Zero, wild strawberry, ginger and citrus.

Sushi Roku
The $100 dinner at Sushi Roku offers a luxurious fusion of Japanese and Western flavors, with an exclusive twist. Guests start with a choice of premium edamame or truffled Brussels sprout chips, followed by entrées such as filet mignon “Japonaise” with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and asparagus, or a sushi assortment featuring tuna, yellowtail, salmon, fluke, and more. The true secret lies in the sushi selections: both the Haru Roll and Spicy Panko Shrimp Roll are Las Vegas-exclusive creations. Dessert options include yuzu cheesecake or mochi ice cream.

The Palm Las Vegas
The Palm Las Vegas combines its classic steakhouse appeal with an exclusive offering just for Restaurant Week. Guests can enjoy a $40 two-course lunch or $80 three-course dinner. The highlight is the secret entrée — Veal Chop Margherita — a richly prepared dish available only during the event for $69. The Palm’s iconic setting and timeless menu make it a staple of the Las Vegas dining scene, with this limited-time addition enhancing its Restaurant Week appeal.

Electric Playhouse
Electric Playhouse offers an immersive dining experience where guests can enjoy popular menu items like pizza, wings, chicken tenders, fries, salads, and wraps. Known for its interactive atmosphere and creative culinary approach, Electric Playhouse brings a playful twist to casual dining during Restaurant Week.

Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab
Joe’s offers a sophisticated three-course lunch and dinner menu for $80. The meal begins with a choice of BLT wedge salad or fried calamari, followed by either pan-sautéed branzino or an 8-ounce petite filet, accompanied by Jennie’s mashed potatoes and asparagus. Guests can finish with Joe’s signature key lime pie or a seasonal blueberry pie. For Restaurant Week, Joe’s introduces its secret menu side dish: Big Daddy Potatoes — diced russet potatoes cooked until golden brown, topped with caramelized onions, melted white cheddar, bacon and green onions, and served with a side of sour cream.

Water Grill
Water Grill offers a four-course dinner for $100, available from 4 p.m. to close during Restaurant Week. First-course options include a jumbo lump crab cake, wild jumbo shrimp, or an oyster sampler, followed by clam chowder, Caesar salad, or mixed organic greens. Entrées range from wild Pacific swordfish and Columbia River king salmon to grilled organic chicken or an 8-ounce filet mignon (add $7). Desserts include caramel bread pudding, key lime pie, or New York-style cheesecake.
