Cabo Wabo Cantina will Celebrate Labor Day with Patio Party, Live Music and Refreshing Cocktails
Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, will celebrate summer’s last hurrah with a high-energy Labor Day weekend patio party, beginning on Saturday, Sept. 2.
The holiday weekend will kick off with live music from DJ Uffee, a popular local DJ, starting at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 2.
Guests can enjoy the warm weather weekend while taking in the patio’s panoramic views of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip and sipping on Sammy’s Toasted Colada, made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Coco Lopez and pineapple juice, served on the rocks and garnished with fresh toasted coconut; the Cabo Wabo Signature Mai Tai, made with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, Sailor Jerry spiced rum, orgeat, tropical juices, grenadine and a float of Myers’s Rum; and the Can’t Drive 55, made with Cabo Wabo blanco tequila, Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, vodka, gin, lime, orange, pineapple and cranberry juices and topped with Amaretto Disaronno, among others. The cantina’s extensive drink menu, including an assortment of margaritas, signature cocktails, beers, wines and tequilas, will also be available to enjoy during the party.
Guests can also snack on a selection of signature appetizers and dishes, such as fundido de queso con chorizo, a trio of creamy Mexican cheese melted on a skillet with house-made pork chorizo, served with warm tortillas and salsa arbol; Sammy’s Tequila Shrimp, made with Baja shrimp, garlic and Cabo Wabo’s signature tequila-lime sauce, served with Mexican dirty rice; short rib enchiladas, shredded beef short rib, fire-roasted tomato sauce, house cheese blend and crema Mexicana; and more.
