Comedians and Show Dates Added to the 2016 Aces of Comedy Roster
Tim Allen adds an additional performance and Leslie Jones, Chris D’Elia, George Lopez and Kathleen Madigan join the 2016 Aces of Comedy series at The Mirage, bringing fresh faces and more gut-wrenching laughter to the award-winning stand-up comedy program.
Renowned comedian Tim Allen will return to The Mirage with an additional April Fool’s Day performance Friday, April 1 as part of the resort’s Aces of Comedy series. The award-winning actor stars on the ABC hit sitcom “Last Man Standing” and was the star on the long-running ABC television series “Home Improvement.” His film credits include leading roles in “The Santa Claus,” “Toy Story,” “Galaxy Quest” and “Wild Hogs,” among others. Ticket prices start at $59.99 plus tax and service fees.

George Lopez will again take the stage at The Mirage April 15 – 16 and August 12 – 13 for the Aces of Comedy series. Lopez is a multi-talented entertainer whose career encompasses television, film, stand-up comedy and late-night television. Throughout his career, Lopez has made more than 200 television comedy, talk show and hosting appearances including co-hosting the Emmy Awards and twice hosting the Latin GRAMMYs. In 2016 Lopez will star in “Lopez,” a 12-episode, single-camera serialized comedy that will premiere on TV Land which he executive produced. Stand-up comedian and actress Leslie Jones will bring her humor to Las Vegas as she performs on the Terry Fator Theatre stage for the first time Friday, July 29. Jones is currently a featured cast member on “Saturday Night Live” and is one of the four leads in Paul Feig’s highly anticipated all-female “Ghostbusters,” which is due out summer 2016. Jones was recently included in Paper Magazine’s “2015 Beautiful People” list and Variety’s “2015 Comedy Impact Report.” Ticket prices start at $39.99 (not including additional fees and taxes).

Kathleen Madigan will return to The Mirage for another hilarious performance Friday, Aug. 5. Over her 25-year career, Madigan has performed on nearly every late night show ever made: Leno, Letterman, Conan, Ferguson and most recently on the new “The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore,” and “Ron White’s Comedy Salute To The Troops” on Country Music Television (CMT), her fifth appearance on the annual show. She’s won the American Comedy Award for “Best Female Comedian” and the Phyllis Diller award for “Best Female Comedian.” Her hour stand-up specials “Madigan Again” and “Gone Madigan” are available on Netflix. Chris D’Elia will make his long-awaited return to the Terry Fator Theatre stage August 26 – 27 as part of the Aces of Comedy series. D’Elia has quickly become one of the most sought after young comedians and actors in the comedy world. Currently starring as Danny Burton on NBC’s “Undateable,” D’Elia was previously named one of Variety’s “Top 10 Comics to Watch.” Ticket prices start at $29.99 (not including additional fees and taxes).
