CRUSH, Morton Group’s American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will honor the luck of the Irish with a specialty dinner available exclusively on Sunday, March. 17.
In celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, CRUSH will serve a traditional entrée of braised lamb osso buco, served with heirloom baby carrots, garlic potatoes and celery, priced at $38, available from 4:30 p.m. to close.
The flavorful Irish dish can be paired with red wines by the glass and bottle from CRUSH’s versatile collection that boasts varietals from all over the world. Guests can also pair the meal with one of CRUSH’s signature cocktails, Whiskey Business, crafted with Frey Ranch Bourbon, fig and cinnamon demerara and Angostura bitters, garnished with a fig and orange peel, priced at $24.
