Morton Group’s CRUSH located at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will welcome 2020 with a decadent surf and turf dinner on Tuesday, Dec. 31.

The dish will include a grilled filet mignon and butter poached lobster tail, served with spaghetti squash and corn puree, priced at $75. In celebration of the new year, CRUSH will offer a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.

CRUSH’s full menus of signature dishes also will be available including the 12-ounce charred New York sirloin, served with truffle mashed potatoes and au poivre sauce, priced at $49, and chicken fettucine, prepared with chorizo, alfredo sauce and peas, priced at $29.

Greek Sneek and CRUSH to Dive into Father’s Day
Celebrations with Seafood and Cocktails

 

 

Greek Sneek and CRUSH, Morton Group’s neighboring restaurants at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will honor dads this Father’s Day with a featured dish and cocktail, available from Friday, June 14 to Sunday, June 16.

Prepared by Executive Chef William Demarco, Greek Sneek will offer a special seafood dish throughout the weekend, Lula’s Crispy Barramundi, served with sunchokes, roasted heirloom cauliflower and Marcona almonds, priced at $36. The entree may be paired with Greek Sneek’s wide selection of Greek wines, beers and ouzos.

CRUSH also will serve a Smoked Maple Manhattan with Knob Creek Smoked Maple Bourbon, dry vermouth and orange bitters, priced at $18.

CRUSH and Greek Sneek, Morton Group’s neighboring restaurants at  MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will host March Mayhem viewing parties, featuring a special menu with exclusive food and drink offerings; and extended hours from Thursday, March 21 through Saturday, March 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

High-definition TVs throughout the restaurants will provide premium views of the games. Signature selections from each restaurant will be available, including lamb or chicken gyros, with red onion, tomato, tzatziki, on warm pita bread, served with fries; and a selection of flatbreads. Choices for flatbreads include bacon, egg and cheese, topped with Canadian bacon, quail eggs and fontina; margherita pizza, topped with micro-mozzarella and fresh basil; grilled chicken pizza, with roasted garlic, arugula and chili oil; Italian sausage pizza, with pepperoncini and roasted red peppers; gyro flatbread with shaved chicken, red onions, tomatoes and feta; and meatball flatbread, topped with tomatoes and tzatziki.

Selections will be prepared by Executive Chef William DeMarco, including an American-style surf and turf dinner at CRUSH and a Mediterranean seafood special at Greek Sneek.

 

CRUSH will serve a surf and turf dinner of steak and fresh seafood, priced at $52. The dinner will include an 8-ounce beef filet topped with corn puree and a 4-ounce lobster tail, served with spaghetti squash. A recommended wine pairing of Napa Cellars 2015 cabernet sauvignon also will be available for $24 by the glass.

Greek Sneek will offer a whole salt-crusted Mediterranean Sea Bream served with lemon potatoes and caper butter, priced at $42. To complement the meal, the restaurant recommends pairing the dish with a Greek wine originating from Macedonia, Buketo. The 2016 Malagousia-Assyrtiko white blend will be available by-the-glass for $12.

Michael and Jenna Morton’s CRUSH and Greek Sneek, located adjacent to each other inside MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will offer celebratory New Year’s Eve menus with decadent dishes and wine pairings on Monday, Dec. 31. The New Year’s Eve dinners, including beef wellington and sea bass, will be prepared by Corporate Executive Chef William Demarco.

 

CRUSH will serve an 8-ounce beef wellington, prepared with Gouda, creamed spinach and shaved truffle reduction, priced at $56. A recommended pairing for the dish is Napa Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, priced at $24 by the glass. A featured champagne for the evening will be Beau Joie, priced at $25 by the glass or $89 by the bottle.

 

Greek Sneek will offer Mediterranean sea bass meunière, prepared with brown butter, lemon, fresh oregano and dill couscous, priced at $42. A recommended pairing for the sea bass is Skouras, Almyra Chardonnay, a dry white wine, priced at $14 by the glass. The restaurant also will feature Ouzo 12 from Plomari, Greece, priced at $12 by the pour.

Morton Group’s CRUSH at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, will rally rodeo fans with dishes for Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR) from Thursday, Dec. 6 through Saturday, Dec. 15.

 

Corporate Executive Chef William DeMarco will prepare a 20-ounce herb buttered T-bone steak, served with shoestring potatoes, priced at $42; and 28-ounce Tomahawk ribeye, served with roasted bone marrow and jalapeño and roasted garlic chimichurri, priced at $99, sliced for two.

 

A suggested drink pairing to complement CRUSH’s specialty NFR dishes is a bourbon whiskey flight, featuring four 1-ounce pours of Knob Creek’s spirits including: Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, straight rye whiskey, single barrel reserve and smoked maple bourbon whiskey, priced at $26.

An Authentic Cinco De May Festival Hits the Streets of Tivoli Village Leticia’s Mexican Cocina Hosts a Fun-Filled Day With an Authentic Mexican Flair

Tivoli Village is hosting a property-wide street fair in celebration of Cinco de Mayo!

On May 5th, 2018, Tivoli Village will bring a Latin vibe to the property with an all-out celebration that you won’t want to miss. From 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., the festival will feature traditional Mexican street food by Leticia’s Mexican Cocina including “elote” Mexican grilled corn, tacos, churros and Leticia’s signature margaritas and a variety of beers available for purchase. There will be additional festive beverages from PKWY Tavern, foodie pop ups by Fusion Beastro and Frozen Frog, and L Makeup Institute will be on-site, too.

There will also be two stages of live entertainment including sounds by Mexico Vivo, the Randy Anderson band, Crush, the Claudine Castro band and mariachi Herencia De Las Vegas, as well as performances by local dancers dressed in traditional garb. Don’t miss the classic car show that will line the streets of Tivoli Village boasting over 100 of Las Vegas’ most unique hot rods plus bikes and pedal cars on display. Proceeds of the car show will benefit the Peoples Autism Foundation.

Be sure to bring the kids as there will be fun for all ages including face painting, games and other family-friendly activities taking place at the Kid Zone located at the Piazza, as well as kid’s rides in Tivoli’s park. The Famers & Makers market will also be taking place that day too from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Every Saturday, the streets of Tivoli are lined with over 40 vendors selling locally sourced produce, honey, various bites and crafts along with live music playing on the Piazza.
