Lovebirds are invited to indulge in the ultimate romantic meal this Valentine’s Day at Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson. From 4 to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14, Bottiglia will feature a tempting selection of specialty Valentine’s Day dishes for couples to enjoy.

Created by Bottiglia’s executive chef, Alessandro Capuano, guests will be able to enjoy a decadent Valentine’s Day meal. Appetizer selections from the menu include fried gnocchi topped with prosciutto di parma aged for 18 months, parmesan crisps and balsamic mayo, priced at $18; lobster arancini, topped with crème fraiche and chives and served on a bed of lemon garlic aioli, priced at $22.

Entrées include scallops, which will be served on a bed of scialatielli pasta al pesto and lemon butter garlic sauce, priced at $59; frutti di mare, featuring scialatielli pasta in a seafood sauce with seabass, salmon, clams, mussels and squid, priced at $50; and a heart-shaped beet risotto, topped with parmesan foam and burrata cheese, priced at $48. For those with a sweet tooth, Bottiglia will feature a mango panna cotta for dessert, which is topped with almond croccante and a mixed berry sorbet, priced at $19.

Wine pairing suggestions include a Benvolio prosecco for the appetizer, a Davis Bynum chardonnay or Murphy Goode cabernet for the entreé, and a limoncello or a Spark Plug cocktail, available for $38. Bottiglia features a wine list that is robust and unique, giving guests and array of choices of vino from Napa/Sonoma, Italy, France and around the world.
